March really does bring back the sun. It's in March that you realize you are shovelling snow at 7am in the light, or hey, it's 6:30pm and we could go out for a walk, but it's still light out. We love birds over here and since we've moved we have a real group of flickers, crows, magpies and the odd blue jay, but today, we had these beauties come and visit. I saved google time and just went to the experts, they knew right away! White-winged Cross bill.

It's not easy being me. lol I did not get this beard on right, at. all. There are two fails in this picture, can you see what the other was. It's a long story, why I couldn't/didn't fix it. 🤣 🏴☠️ 🧔♀️
